Shipping & Returns

We aim for same day dispatch of all orders from our warehouse based in Auckland. All our products are available immediately, unless specified otherwise on our site.

Delivery is usually within 1 to 3 working days. Rural deliveries may be longer. 

We take payment by internet banking or credit card.

Shipping is charged per order and by weight. As a guide it is $10 for North Island addresses and $20 for South Island for one to two products, with an additional $5 for rural deliveries. We offer a FREE click & collect service from our Auckland base.

Returns can be arranged provided the product is still in the original packaging and intact.
