We aim for same day dispatch of all orders from our warehouse based in Auckland. All our products are available immediately, unless specified otherwise on our site.

Delivery is usually within 1 to 5 working days. Rural deliveries may be longer.

We take payment by internet banking or credit card.

Shipping is charged per order and by weight. As a guide it is $10 for North Island addresses and $20 for South Island, with an additional $5 for rural deliveries. We offer a FREE click & collect service from our Auckland base.

Returns can be arranged provided the product is still in the original packaging and intact.
